Website fixes and development in Nairobi

I'm an IT student who builds and fixes websites. If something on your site is broken, slow or awkward on a phone, send me the link. I'll find the cause, tell you plainly what I found, and fix it once you've agreed the price.

What I can help with

The problems I see most

From WordPress and WooCommerce repair to domains and email, for businesses across Kenya.

01

Website repairs

“A page is blank, a section disappeared, or something broke after an update.”

I trace the bug to its cause, fix it, and check the pages around it so the fix doesn't break something else.

02

Mobile layout fixes

“Text runs off the screen, the menu won't open, or buttons are hard to tap on a phone.”

I repair the layout so it reads and works on small Android phones, iPhones and desktops, and I test on real devices.

03

WordPress / WooCommerce troubleshooting

“A plugin conflict, the white screen, a checkout that fails, or products that won't update.”

I find which plugin, theme or setting is causing it, fix or replace it, and leave a note of what changed.

04

Domains, DNS, SSL, redirects and deploys

“The domain shows an error, the padlock is missing, old links go nowhere, or a deploy failed.”

I point the domain correctly, sort out DNS records and SSL, set up redirects, and get the deploy running again.

05

Forms, email and WhatsApp links

“The contact form sends nothing, business email bounces, or the WhatsApp button opens the wrong chat.”

I fix form delivery, set up email records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and make sure every contact link reaches you.

06

Digital cleanup

“Broken links, old pages, slow images, outdated details and a site nobody has touched in a while.”

I go through the site page by page, fix what's broken, update what's stale and speed up what's slow.

07

Website redesigns

“The site works, but it looks dated, feels cramped on a phone, or no longer matches the business.”

I redesign the pages you choose (typography, spacing, layout and mobile) while keeping what already works.

08

New website development

“You need a site that doesn't exist yet: a landing page, a business site, a shop or a booking site.”

I design and build it, check it on real devices, set up basic technical SEO and deploy it.

How it works

Four steps, no surprises

  1. 01

Send the link and what's wrong

A sentence is enough. A screenshot link helps if you have one.

  2. 02

    I diagnose it

I look at the site, tell you what I found and send a fixed quote.

  3. 03

    You approve, I fix

Nothing starts until you say yes to the quote.

  4. 04

I check it and hand over

I test on real devices and send short notes on what was wrong and what changed.

Questions

Things people ask

Can you fix my website if I'm in Kenya but not in Nairobi?

Yes. I'm based in Nairobi but almost all of this work happens online. Send me the link and what's wrong, and we'll sort it out over WhatsApp or email.

Do you repair WordPress and WooCommerce sites?

Yes. Plugin conflicts, the white screen, broken checkouts, products that won't update and slow WordPress sites are some of the most common problems I see.

How does pricing work?

Each type of fix has a starting price. I look at the problem first and send a fixed quote. The final price depends on the problem, scope and access, and nothing is billed without your OK.

How long does a fix take?

Small fixes are often done the same day or the next. Bigger jobs like a full audit or a complex WooCommerce investigation take a few days. You get a timeline with the quote.

Do you build new websites too?

Yes. If a site can't reasonably be saved, or you need something that doesn't exist yet, I can build it. I'll tell you honestly when a repair makes more sense than a rebuild.

Do I need to give you my passwords?

Not to start. I can diagnose most problems from the public site. If the fix needs access, I'll ask for a temporary account, not your main password, and you can remove it when I'm done.

Send me the problem

Not sure what's wrong? Send me the website.

Tell me what you're seeing. I'll reply with what I found and a quote before any work starts.

Fields marked required must be filled in. You can also send the same details on WhatsApp or by email.

How should I reply?

Prefer WhatsApp? Send it on WhatsApp — you can attach screenshots there. Or email me instead.
