Terms
How quotes and payment work
- Payment
- Projects: 50% upfront, 30% at an agreed milestone, 20% before launch or handover. Small repairs: paid upfront or 50/50.
- Written scope
- Every job has a written scope: pages, features, revisions, integrations, deliverables, exclusions and deadlines. Any extra work is approved before it starts.
- Warranty
- Repairs: 7 days for the same issue caused by my work. New sites and redesigns: 14 days for defects in the agreed scope. It does not cover new requests, third-party outages or client changes.
- Third-party costs
- Third-party costs are itemised separately. You own your domain and service accounts.
