Access and providers
When I need access or your provider
Email records need access to your DNS provider. Mailbox problems may need your email provider, for example Google Workspace or your host's mail service. Form fixes need access to the site's form settings or code.
I'll ask for a temporary account rather than your main password, and you can remove it when I'm done.

Why do my form emails go to spam?
Usually the email records that prove a message really comes from your domain are missing or wrong. Setting SPF, DKIM and DMARC correctly fixes most cases.
Can my form send enquiries to WhatsApp?
Yes. A form can open WhatsApp with the enquiry already written, which suits customers who prefer chatting over email.
Do I need to change email providers?
Rarely. Most problems are settings, not the provider. I'll only suggest a change if your current setup can't do what you need.
